Three years ago, friends of ours suggested that we should all attend this church (David's House), which is right within walking distance of our condo. The time we attended, I just got this sense that it wasn't the place. We then ended up going to Community of Believers, where Kim and I got married. David's House wasn't necessarily a place I wouldn't attend, but as I mentioned to our friends, something didn't seem right at that time.

Fast forward to just two weeks ago:
Kim and I had been through a very "not good" sermon at the church we were currently attending. I mentioned to her that I didn't like the idea of church hopping, but this was not resonating with us, who we were, and how we walk in our faith.

There was a festival on our downtown area and David's House is in that area of town. I'd noticed, while walking our new Sheltie puppy, that the church had a new name of Grace & Glory Fellowship. Some people were just leaving the Sunday service and I asked them if it was a new church. Karen (who spoke to Kim and I for about 90 minutes) said that it's the same church, but it has gone through some spiritual housecleaning. The church was redefining what it was about and rededicating to their faith in Jesus. At that point, I explained how we originally checked it out and I sensed something wasn't right at the time we went. Karen's eyes opened wide.

She told us that I picked up on the internal struggle in the church and the pastor's dementia. Through a miraculous healing, he no longer has the dementia, or even any sign of it. Karen told Kim and I that I must have a great gift of discernment, because that was far from a time that it would've been good for any new people to attend. Karen likened it to a much needed upheaval and re-dedication that was to follow.

So, after talking with Karen, Kim and I decided to check out a Sunday service. This time around, it was completely different and in a very positive way. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit working through this church is amazing. We heard the testimony of physical healings within the congregation. We heard of miracles happening. Kim and I felt at home with this group and how the Holy Spirit is using the church. Needless to say, we are going there on a weekly basis.

The basic moral of this story is multi-faceted. First, sometimes something isn't initially right for you, but that doesn't mean that it won't be at some point. Secondly, discernment is completely underrated. Whenever you get that sense of something not being right, do not through yourself into it. Again, I could sense this was a good place, but three years ago, the timing wasn't right. Trust that you're given the high signs for a reason and don't question them. And finally, humble yourself when the time comes. We threw out the past and looked at this church as a completely new church. Thankfully, we did do that!

What Would Fractional Silver Mean?

In Mid-May of this year, something curious happened, which I'd not seen before.

I've been following the course of where the dollar was heading and how it related to the pricing of gold and silver. Typically, I follow a number of sources for information, then try to wrap all those opinions into something concise, allowing me to share it with others. Most everyone following precious metals knows how GATA has been beating the drum about gold manipulation for quite some time now. History (past and current) is a very good place to start down the rabbit trail.

Informed people (like Paul Craig Roberts, Bob Chapman, Gerald Celente, Robby Noel, Lindsey Williams) have also helped shape a number of my opinions and speculations regarding where this economy is heading. Again, these are all very credible individuals who've been reporting on "real" financial issues for a number of years, if not decades now. And, even though it can be a bad habit, tune into the mainstream media to hear what they are trying to make the public believe for that moment. Every so often, they slip and report factual info. My process is listening closely and then pulling all the commonalities into something concise that is easy for others to understand.

Those who may have heard or recalled my public launch into this area was when I was a guest on The Power Hour Radio Show (on the Genesis Communication Network), discussing the possibility of the Amero, a few years ago. Since that interview, there are some things that I've now recognized as trial balloons and a number of things that are credible, heading for an eventual reality. I'm not fully convinced that the Amero won't happen (namely due to the SPP agreement, which has it as one of its outcomes), but I do believe a number of things discussed on that show are still very viable and coming more into focus. My thoughts on silver are still very much in play, but I'll discuss that in a bit.

The process of informing people is much like talking to your neighbor, yet in this case, my neighborhood became much bigger than I could've ever imagined. I was very blessed to have The Power Hour as an outlet. This is the way I explain how I collect my information.

Imagine you're heading on vacation. You get everything ready for your trip (how you'll get there, what to wear, projected weather reports), depending on the destination. You research places to stay, looking for the best fit for your stay. You talk to people about where you are going and get their real life experiences of going there. Sometimes, no one has been there before, so you search for tangible reasons as to why you still are going there. This is a huge key. If no one you know has been there before, then you have the opportunity to go there and inform them later, if they are to ask you about it. On your collective experience (what you saw, what you ate, where you stayed, what you did, did you enjoy it), you now have something you are well-informed on and can share that with others. In short, this is my process in collecting and sharing info. So, here's some of the info that I still believe was viable from that 2008 interview:

1.) The federal reserve note, known as the U.S. dollar, is going into decline in both our country and around the world. (At that time, I was thinking we would see the Amero.)

2.) If/when the new currency comes to replace the U.S. dollar, it will take five of the current dollars to obtain three denominations/units of the new currency. (This was based on conversations with sources, who didn't know I was researching this info about the Amero.)

3.) If you could not get out of your IRA or 401K, make certain you're holding gold and silver mining shares only.

4.) Even though all eyes were on gold, silver was definitely the place for greater returns.

Point #4 is the main reason for this article.

In May of this year, APMEX (American Precious Metals Exchange) sent out an interesting e-mail regarding new silver rounds they are now offering. APMEX is now minting silver in tenth ounce and quarter ounce denominations. Although I think the over spot costs on the rounds is too high, I certainly took notice.

Let's consider the facts we already know. Gold is at an all time high (although suppressed due to manipulation). Many people have told me that it is priced so high, even the smaller fractional pieces are too expensive for them. Although the central reason for the spike in gold prices is due to the declining U.S. dollar, let's go with the point that gold is not an affordable option for many people, especially newer investors. Therefore, people are looking at silver as their investment safe haven due to its affordability. So, what is the importance in seeing fractional silver in denominations of tenth ounce and quarter ounce sizes?

My own common sense tells me that there's going to be an eventual tipping point where silver is going to a valuation that gold is currently at. My thought is that APMEX is seeing the writing on the wall and capitalizing on it in advance. Certainly, this is not an advertisement for APMEX, but is could definitely show a trend that could be on the horizon.

Earlier this year, when I was on The Power Hour talking about silver in 2011, I was pretty confident in saying that I thought it would be at $68 an ounce by year's end. I also mentioned that I was being conservative. From what I recall hearing on the Peter Schiff Radio Show, Schiff once mentioned that Constitutionally an ounce of gold should equate to twenty ounces of silver. In doing the math from current gold prices, my estimation was very conservative, yet felt to be a realistic number. So then, where is this heading?

I believe that fractional silver is not going to be a trend, but will be the rule in the coming year. Reports are already out that silver is not easy to currently find or obtain. Silver's applications supersede just a monetary precious metal due to its importance in industrial and commercial applications. Although it's nicknamed as "poor man's gold", something is definitely afoot here. Again, I'm basing my statements on the commercial appearance of tenth ounce and quarter ounce fractional denominations.

If and when other minting companies follow suit, you'll have already had a heads up. The financial collapse storm is coming. Unlike stocks in the stock market, gold and silver have never gone to zero. Please keep that thought in the back of your head and thanks for reading this.

Hurray! Gargamel Is Finally Dead!

It’s getting so difficult on trying to filter the news being told to us about what really happened in the Osama bin Laden assassination, that it takes a truth filter to run the story through as to separate the fact from the fiction. So, here’s the “unconfirmed” real story of what “might have happened” as could be determined by how the mainstream press reported it.

Acting on news from the elves at the North Pole (who were in their Christmas offseason), the Smurfs were finally in a position to take out Gargamel. It seems that the leprechauns, riding unicorns into battle, took the north side of Pakistan. Their distraction allowed the Smurfs to storm the Mc Donaldland territory of Pakistan. Once the Smurfs got past the forest of the talking trees, the tooth fairy waved her wand and the magic password appeared, showing them where Gargamel was hiding out. Once inside, Papa Smurf asked the Trix Rabbit if that indeed was Gargamel. The Trix Rabbit said that it was.

Gargamel was standing next to Cap’n Crunch, whom was extolling the virtues of 40 plus years of staying crunchy, even in milk. The double agent elves of the North Pole (Snap, Crackle, and Pop) were trying to alert Gargamel that he was in immediate danger. They were detained by Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, who was suspecting the three rogue elves might be involved in protecting Gargamel.

Meanwhile, Papa Smurf alerted the Super Friends at the Hall of Justice. Wendy and Marvin came storming in behind Aquaman, who was riding a giant seahorse and blowing out commands through a large conch shell. Gargamel exclaimed and swallowed a jumbo Gobstopper, which had just turned to the color yellow, and it choked him to death. This time, no one was there to apply the Heimlich technique to save Gargamel, whom had a track record of choking on Gobstoppers, according to the Federation of Bullies and Instigators’ own records.

Green Lantern beamed Gargamel into a detaining casket, which was created by his ring. He then flew up and into outer space, where the Starship Enterprise was waiting for them. There, Green Lantern and his detainee were brought on board, greeted by the ship’s crew and the other Super Friends. Gargamel was shot into space (as they once did to Spock) and the world cheered on that the dreaded Gargamel was no longer a threat.

The government of the United States of Disneyland did issue a warning though. The bad guys were still out there. They had intelligence that the nemesis of Simba had faked his own death, and that Scar was getting ready to lead a larger offensive against the Disneyland citizens.

Unfortunately, if this makes any sense to you, then you obviously have bought into one of the multitude of official stories the mainstream media has been passing off as real news.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://jimmmotyka.blogspot.com/2011/05/hurray-gargamel-is-finally-dead.html' title='Hurray! This seed is planted, but like any seed, it takes time to nurture, take root, grow, then produce the fruits of its time. I'm in that situation (more often times than not). That being the case, I thought it might be helpful to share the vision that was given, while we were discussing this subject.

I was mentioning to Pastor Ellis that I could fully see the goal, but it was like crossing a river. Typically, you can see the far bank of the river (where you want to arrive at), but there's an uncertainty of how you'll arrive to the other side. Given the past three weeks, I'm more convinced that only prayer, faith and trust are the only ways to get there. There have been a number of diversions, insights, moments of realizations and opportunities occurring on a daily, if not hourly basis in the recent months, all of which have been enveloped in prayer and prayerfully being guided.

With prayers, it's not only those of your own, but others around you. In my current situation, everyone was praying for this door to open for Kim (my wife) and I, yet leaving it in God's hands to create the situation He is wanting in my life. Oftentimes, we demand a lot of God (through our prayers), when we should be following His lead for us. We could be missing out on the "something better" He has for us, since we're too busy thinking we have the key to it all. He already is aware of what's in our hearts. And in wanting what's best for us, His children, He will take His time in getting us there. Even though, we're like the kids in the back of the car on that long, hot summer trip asking, "Are we there yet?"

I'd mentioned to Pastor Ellis the difference between pushed and pulled. It's better to be pulled, but that subject can remain for another blog entry. I feel blessed that our church has been praying identical prayers to ours, without our knowing about it. That, to me, is proves a moving of the Holy Spirit through the situation, as to reaffirm all is happening in God's time and order, not mine. It's the whole idea behind, "Thy kingdom come, thy will be done." It's always thy and not my!

We must have the faith that the prayers are being answered. This goes hand in hand with the trust that the best outcome is going to come about. I've never believed in blind faith, since you're eyes need to be open to what's being presented. We have to trust that it's not just the blind leading the blind, but God's guidance pulling us along.

While telling Pastor Ellis about this, the river came into view for me, with this analogy. Each answered prayer is creating a stepping stone across the river. As faith and trust grows, and the prayers continue, another stone appears. It's the faith and trust to get to the next stone that is the key. All the while, the river is either calm or raging, but we need to maintain that our prayers, faith, and trust is going to get us to the river bank, that we were once viewing from the other side. We can only cross, one stone at a time. It might take time for the next stone to appear, and we might end up standing in the middle of a raging river, but consequently the waters will calm and the next stone will appear. And for true adventure, you might have to jump to the next stone in the middle of the raging river. Doing that takes faith and trust, as does stepping to the next stone in the calmness.

This vision showed me that the stepping stones will appear, but not along my desired time line. God is faithful to what He places in your heart and in your mind. God operates outside of our time and all happens in His time. Most everyone is aware of that promise in Ecclesiastes. Dreams and things placed in the heart are not happenstance. Maintain the prayers, keep in faith, and trust that you'll see the stepping stones.

He truly wants you to get to the other side of the river.

The Myths and Realities of the Tea Party Movement

Ever since my recent posting, which I'm grateful many have read (thanks to the outpouring of the alt-media running with it), more people are coming forward and asking what's driving my viewpoints and my analysis of the current political climate. Everything always goes back to the myth and reality behind the tea parties. While I don't believe the tea party movement to contain "the" silver bullet, I do think that's it's a forward move that people are voicing their concerns and showing up for these events.

As little as even five years ago, the United States citizen was so apathetic to anything in the political climate, it's amazing to see this much activity. That's specifically why I believe we are winning in this infowar. To those who kept questioning, "What exactly are we winning?", just go back and think about the fact that something like a tea party gets mainstream media attention. Again, this was not the case, just as little as five years ago.

So, the reality of it is that "something" is occurring. The citizens are awakening to the fact that they've been asleep too long and allowed all the illusions of what the pop culture dominate their thinking. I believe that the O.J. Simpson debacle, from the chase to the trial, was the beginning of the end to meaningful news being presented in the news media. As a matter of fact, I also believe that single event was the beginning of the end to the credibility of the mainstream news media. A few people recognize that to be the case, while the rest of the populace was awaiting the calamity of the next star or starlet to fall from grace. In short, even though this tabloid news is still occurring in the mainstream news media, the tea party movement has derailed all of the news being shifted to non-issue pablum.

To follow up with this posting, I'm going to list some commonly asked questions and comments, with my follow-up response. Hopefully, in reviewing the thoughts, you will be able to disseminate the tea party myths from the realities.

Regarding my personal experience at a Tea Party rally:

Even though this had the appearance of freedom and liberty, that action told me it was nothing more than business as usual, orchestrated by the Republican Party. This was not the situation of getting secondhand info. Personally seeing and hearing the talks, I knew immediately that the Republican Party "believed” they were the anointed shepherd to the flock that gathered. Opposition should be quickly silenced or the Wizard behind the curtain would be exposed. Again, the intentions of those gathered were pure and honest. Unfortunately, the Republicans were there to simply fleece the flock. Note to all politicians and Dem-Rep talking heads (aka parrots): The true, honest TEA party doesn't have an affiliation to this fraudulent, illusionary two party system. We want nothing more than a return to Constitutional values and an end to US Militaristic Imperialism, which has only carried on from Bush (Iraq) to Clinton (Bosnia) to Bush (Iraq, Afghanistan) to Obama (Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan). The cycle of tyranny NEEDS to end.

Regarding to my thoughts of the illusionary two party system:

The Republicans and Democrats are nothing more than Coke and Pepsi in the political world. Most people think they need to choose one or the other, instead of asking if there's anything else. A third party is the "anything else". Having voted for Constitution Party candidates in the last two Presidential elections, I can assure you that my decision was not Coke or Pepsi, but clear, natural spring water, which was refreshing and satisfying. People want something refreshing that is transparent, not more of the choice of damaging, murky, sugar water. The Republicans and Democrats are arriving at the understanding that people are longing and opting for the spring water. And, they are scared. They are scared to death to lose their amalgamated power grip on its electorate, with all the money and perks their positions hold. Their people are currently infiltrating the blogosphere. Republican blog plants are telling us that we don’t need a third party candidate, because “their person” is good enough to defeat the Democrats. The Democrats are saying that Obama and this Democrat Party controlled Congress just “needs a chance” and stick with them, so those bad Republicans don’t get in again. Being that I follow the Constitution and libertarian minded candidates, I see more of the Republican infiltrators where my thoughts are posted. They try to convince us that our third party cannot work and is not good for the United States. They use the fear that it only allows more Democrats to get into office. They try to convince us that if the Republicans got in office, we’d return to the days of Reagan. They think we’re unpatriotic for wanting to promote someone with strong Constitutional and libertarian values. The more “they think and try”, the more their agenda is becoming more obvious. They’re aware that a third party can succeed and will disrupt the business as usual government mentality. Vote like it's the last election you'll ever vote in. Chances are, it just might be.

What single issue the tea party movement should be aware of:

Here's our greatest obstacle. The market is going to crash...hard! The fiat currency is going to be devalued to one-third of what it is now, along with our wages. It doesn't matter who's in the White House or who holds the majority in the Congress. The CFR was set on this happening this year and the plans are already in motion. I had this info a few years ago and the writing's on the wall. I don't want to sound alarmist (although this might), but get set with storeable foods, have cash on hand (bank holidays coming and ATMs will be null and void), maintain a portion of your holdings in gold and silver, and don't fear owning a gun. We are heading for crazy times and I'm hoping/praying for people to be prepared. I'm with all of you who want to jail those who've placed us in this situation in contempt (and treason). We don't have that sort of time. Look after your friends and family. Please! Pray....and pray hard! We're in for some very rough times. The left and right are an illusion to distract you. If you're really part of this movement, you'll understand my comments. If not, you'll recall them as they come into motion. Either way, bank these thoughts.

Where the thoughts for the single issue have been formulated:

I'm typically plugged into The Power Hour, The Flipside, and the Infowars radio shows. Plus, I research the info on those two shows, as to validate or negate the info being presented. 95% of the time, the info is spot on. The other 5%, it's worse than what's being told to us by this government and it's complicit corporate-owned, mainstream media. I think Max Keiser, Pastor Lindsey Williams, Gerald Celente, Ron Paul, and Bob Chapman are the leading spokesmen for the current financial calamity. Bob Chapman is usually the most cutting edge with his analysis and what's occurring. The International Forecaster

I'd highly encourage people to end this left/right debate, since both parties are responsible for getting us to this point. I mean, if someone honestly analyzes this situation, the constant they'll find is that the congressional majority has always been either Republican or Democrat. That's specifically why a third party is the only way out of this mess, since those other two parties are more interested in their stronghold on the United States citizens, rather than doing what's constitutionally correct.

Closing thoughts:

In short, the myth is buying into the fact that this movement isn't real. Regardless of what it eventually evolves into, people are waking up. Are enough people waking up? Are people going to be led like sheep to the slaughter again? I would caution anyone, mostly Republicans who think this movement is yours to inherit, that if this group's issues are not addressed, the tea parties of the last few years are going to look benign to the ones that will follow. People can only bend so long, until the breaking point is reached. If the Republicans gain a majority in either the House or Senate, and place "Scott Brown" (who voted along with Obama/multi-nationalists) candidates in control, you're going to be looking for an all out second revolution. And as bad as the socialist arm of the Democrat Party is, the Republican Party would likely be blamed for the true death of the republic. Just remember that!

Today's date is 3/22. Coincidence?

This is an excerpt from comments I posted about the passing of this health care bill, which is moving onward to become law. I thought that it shouldn't just reside in the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel comments, but rather, shared amongst more people. It's time to wake up and stop living in this left/right paradigm.

Don't get lulled to sleep again. We've sleepwalked for way too long.

Jimm

http://www.jsonline.com/news/usandworld/88791697.html?commentSubmitted=y&refresh=43880&sort=last+to+first#comments

The promised new world order, proclaimed by George H. W. Bush, has arrived today in the form of tyranny under Barack Hussein Obama. Bush, who is a member of Skull and Bones, has the number 322 under the Skull and Bones insignia. Is it any wonder that today's date is 3/22?

Wake up people. It took both sides of the left/right paradigm to arrive at this point. Don't get tricked into thinking that the Republicans are now the good guys. Had they not backed their lame duck candidate against BHO in 2008, things might be different. In hindsight, Ron Paul was the only choice in defeating BHO, yet he's still demonized for his politics within the Republican Party.

This all occurred because Republicans decided to back someone like McCain in 2008. Sadly, even Reagan would've never made it in today's Republican picture. Thoughts of smaller government and independence? Ha! That was all abandoned with Baby Bush and his crazed spending.

Stop whining Republicans. You helped get the US to this point by abandoning true conservatism for a neo-con version of it in the 1990's and 2000's. Don't believe it? In 2000, you could've had a real black American, born here, who knows the Constitution and adheres to Godly principles. His name was Alan Keyes, but again, all of you backed Bush. It's time to live with your compromises and enjoy the tyranny you helped create.

God help and have mercy on this country.
http://www.constitutionparty.com/party_platform.php

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://jimmmotyka.blogspot.com/2010/03/todays-date-is-322-coincidence.html' title='Today's date is 3/22. font-size: 10pt;">It's happening. We weren't sure how, when, or where it would happen, but it is. What exactly is "it"? Allow me a few moments to explain.

With the 2010 elections on the horizon, I'm seeing a lot more people involved in the process this time around. I post comments in a number of different sites and the conclusion is becoming overwhelmingly similar. People no longer trusting either the Republicans or Democrats and are seeking alternatives.

I'm not going to criticize the Tea Party movement, since that was the beginning of all of this. What the Tea Parties allowed was for people to go gather peacefully into the streets, as to protest this ever growing, intrusive, overtaxing, spend happy, self-serving government. Republicans and Democrats were instrumental in creating policies and global agreements that sent the majority of the United States middle class jobs overseas. I truly believe that people woke up when they noticed it was their jobs leaving, which have yet to show a sign of returning to our shores. The Tea Parties represented righteous anger, but displayed by peaceful means. The Obama Joker posters were a great example of that.

The Democrats were smug in thinking that they didn't have to pay attention to the Tea Parties. The Republicans, battered from the 2008 elections saw it as an opportunity to snag people to "their side". So, as in any war tactic, the Republicans infiltrated the Tea Party, via all the (Glenn) Beckkies. (In a future posting, I plan to talk about neo-libertarianism, which is exemplified by Glenn Beck.)

These are the sort of people I saw at the Cuyahoga Falls tea party, last year. These were genuine, well-meaning citizens concerned about the direction the politics and politicians in the United States were taking us. These were honest citizens who were awakening to the fact that they didn't want to be taken any more, but wanted to direct where we should be taken. Spirited individuals arrived, united peacefully. Then the infiltrators appeared (aka Republican Party).

Every speaker had a connection to the Republican Party, yet no one who was a libertarian or Constitutionalist could give any of the key note speeches. In short, it was a complete co-opt, which we didn't need a bone head like Nancy Pelosi to tell us that.

Even the Republican mayor of Cuyahoga Falls, Don Robart, who was implementing reckless eminent domain land grabs locally, was the first to speak about responsible government. By the grace of God, his speaker "went out momentarily", to people hearing me yelling at him to explain his support of eminent domain. One of the tea party members was attempting to silence me and I noticed them getting a police officer over to where I was. Even though this had the appearance of freedom and liberty, that action told me it was nothing more than business as usual, orchestrated by the Republican Party.

This was not the situation of getting secondhand info. Personally seeing and hearing the talks, I knew immediately that the Republican Party "believed" they were the anointed shepherd to the flock that gathered. Opposition should be quickly silenced or the Wizard behind the curtain would be exposed. Again, the intentions of those gathered were pure and honest. Unfortunately, the Republicans were there to simply fleece the flock.

The mainstream media then got into the act, dismissing the Tea Parties as just a trend. Then, we had an election, where the country was interested in seeing who would get the vacant Senate seat in Massachusetts. Was the Republican candidate, Scott Brown, the result of all the Tea Parties? I would say “yes”, yet there's a caveat here.

When the Republicans got their "chosen one" in Massachusetts, what was the first thing he did? He voted with the Dems on their legislation. Gee, what a great victory for the Republicans! Woo hoo! What a disappointment for the Tea Party patriots. The main thing I want to stress to the Tea Party people is that they went back and trusted that one of the two major parties cared about their concerns. That was ultimately the downfall.

Are you following me? People want something refreshing that is transparent, not more of the choice of damaging, murky, sugar water.

What does all of this have to do with the title of this posting?

One of the people (where I post my thoughts), named Bill, uses these very arguments to try to sway us back to the Republican Party. The upside is that, through his writings, he’s coming from a place of fear and not confidence. In one comment posting, I mentioned the following thoughts.

“People like Bill are much needed. Look how solid our beliefs and convictions are. We have something more than the R&D parties, since we don't parrot top down talking points, neo-con or ultra-left speak, or follow personality over principles. We are not morally, spiritually, or intellectually bankrupt like the major two parties are.”

“As mentioned before, they're scared. Bill is proof we are winning and can succeed. They're panicking and that's awesome! And if Bill ever comes around, we know he's going to be well-versed in what the Constitution Party and its core people are all about.”

“We are the future and the R&D parties know they cannot stop it this time around.”

“A third party can work, especially this time around, because people are seeing single party politics in DC. At one time, the Republicans were a third party. Jesse Ventura's (governor) victory in MN showed us that people are open to this idea. It's a matter of standing united and to stop getting caught into the left/right paradigm conversations that Bill wants us engaged in. Again, he's well-spoken, but is trying to save his party by bringing the Constitutionalists over.”

The whole Patriot Act, enacted by Republicans and Democrats, proved to me that both parties had complete contempt for the Constitution. It didn't protect our borders and imposed restrictions on the United States citizens, who didn't do anything wrong. It was everything in the Omnibus Crime Bill that Clinton couldn't get through, but amazingly, Bush was able to. There was no need for us to surrender our liberties, just because some horrid action occurred.

Remember how long the Patriot Act was and how quickly it was enacted? Remember that a document, which was that intrusive, only was given about an hour of debate? Remember this was all about fighting terrorism and catching the "bad guys"? The US can do a better job of tracking a DVD through Wal-Mart than they can in finding one person with a whole armed forces looking for him? Is anyone still buying this line of crap? Anyhow, back to the R&D issues.

Since I've been alive, it's only been Republicans and Democrats. Both have held their respective majority (at one time or another), yet look at where we are today. The Republic is barely showing a heartbeat. It's the true patriots that are the modern minutemen of this movement. I think about the Republic and not which party is in power. I’m asking others to begin doing the same.

As we say, the lesser of two evils still leaves one with evil. I don't want evil anymore. I'm done! That's why I support the Constitution Party platform and its candidates. I would request to anyone reading this, to seek out their alternative to this two party system. And, research your candidates. It’s your duty to follow everything they say and challenge them when they appear to be doing nothing more than telling people what they want to hear. If you hear contradictory comments from that candidate, your radar should be on high. At that point, scrutinize if you can live with knowing that. But be aware, if you do, you’re back to a lesser of two evils mentality.

I have a new motto.

"What happens in DC, should stay in DC, because we don't want a damn thing to do with it!"

Welcome to Jimmy On The Spot

The objective to bring info to you, regardless of the subject matter. This is an extension of the past blogs I've posted in MySpace, with the intent going further down the rabbit trail with more detailed information. My name may be familiar to those of you who've listened to The Power Hour radio show. If so, I welcome you.

The goal of this site is to promote thinking. Granted, some of the info presented will open your eyes, present an alternative viewpoint, energize you to take action, sometimes make you smile or perhaps make you angry. I'm not afraid to take out the biggest spoon to stir the pot, especially when I have the facts to back my claims. And when I've made an error, I'll be the first to retract my statements. I'm hoping that will be a rarity. With a background in journalism (as a former music journalist), I promise to report my findings, while providing insight about those findings.

Another goal is to provide interviews from others, who have common ideas or alternative viewpoints about things occurring in the world around us, then reporting those to you.

Welcome to "The Spot"!
